It’s time to grow, naturally.

We are the only company in Mexico to use CENTLI® Technology for the fractionation of the corn kernel into its macro-components (fiber, germ and endosperm) and micro-components (cellular fiber, starch and protein), generating Food-Grade funcional ingredients of the highest quality.
The traditional process of corn wet milling involves a digestion process called “steeping”, which consists of a 60-hours degradation process using sulfur dioxide. Our innovative CENTLI® Technology is a patented mechanic process that allows the corn kernels fractionation without adding chemicals or additives in significantly less time.

By using the CENTLI® Technology, we supply the Food Industry with highly differentiated Food Grade funcional ingredients: Corn Fiber, Corn Germ, Native Starch, High-Protein Starch and Corn Protein.

INDUMEX is a Mexican company founded in 2007 and the first to use the CENTLI® Technology to process corn at an industrial scale. At INDUMEX, our mission is to proudly serve the Food Industry by developing competitive advantages in the production and commercialization of high added-value functional and nutraceutical ingredients.
